Scope (country groups)

These cancellation and return conditions apply to orders with delivery addresses in the countries listed below.

  • Extended return policy (90 days, voluntary): Germany (DE), Austria (AT), Switzerland (CH), Italy (IT), Spain (ES), Luxembourg (LU), Liechtenstein (LI).
    Note: This voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory rights (in particular the 14-day right of withdrawal).

  • Other EU Member States: Only the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. The procedure, refunds, return shipping costs, compensation for diminished value, and hygiene exceptions are governed by the following regulations, but with a 14-day period .

  • Outside the EU / countries not mentioned: Currently not for sale .

Note for Switzerland/Liechtenstein (DDU): Customs duties, import taxes, and any customs clearance fees (brokerage fees) are the responsibility of the recipient. These amounts are non- refundable in the event of cancellation. (The recipient may apply for a refund separately from the relevant customs authority.)


1) Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason .
The cancellation period is 90 days (applies to DE/AT/CH/IT/ES/LU/LI within the scope of application). In all other EU countries, the period is 14 days .

2) Cancellation period

The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods .
In the case of multiple goods within a single order that are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item ; in the case of delivery in partial shipments or pieces, upon receipt of the last partial shipment or the last piece .

3) Exercising the right of withdrawal (notification)

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email); please use the contact details above.
You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

For sealed items (see section 7), we kindly request that you contact us briefly and send a photo/video of the seal condition before sending the return.

4) Consequences of cancellation (refund)

In the event of cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you , including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

5) Returns & Return Shipping Costs

You must return or hand over the goods to the above address without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period has expired .

  • Return method: via parcel service ; personal drop-off /collection is not possible .

  • Return shipping costs: borne by the customer .

  • Estimated (maximum) return shipping costs for goods that can be shipped by parcel up to 5 kg:
    Germany (DE): €6.99 per return
    Austria (AT): €9.99 per return
    Italy (IT): €12.99 per return
    Spain (ES): €12.99 per return
    Luxembourg (LU): €9.49 per return
    Switzerland (CH) / Liechtenstein (LI): €19.90 per return (DDU; excl. customs duties/import taxes)
    Other EU countries (14-day rule): €12.99–14.99 per return
    The specific amounts per return will be shown at checkout; deviations due to dimensions/girth are possible, but will remain within the maximum amounts stated here.

Transport risk: If the consumer initiates the return, they bear the transport risk until the item is handed over to us . If we organize the collection, we bear the transport risk.

6) Compensation for value

You must compensate for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner that is not necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning (as would be possible in a retail store).

7) Exclusion of the right of withdrawal — sealed hygiene products

Our Peptide Formula and Omega-3 products are equipped with a vacuum-like tamper-evident/hygiene seal (seal between bottle neck and cap) that clearly indicates whether the product has been opened.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if this seal has been removed or damaged after delivery and the goods are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene . This will be indicated before purchase and at checkout .

8) Partially opened packages (Joints / Beauty — 15 units per package)

If the outer seal is intact , but individual units in the package have been opened (e.g., 1 out of 15), the right of withdrawal remains valid . We will take back the entire package and calculate compensation for the diminished value using a transparent method based on the actual loss in value .

  • Per opened unit: €2.70 (commercial rounding of €39.90 / 15 ).

  • Fixed processing/repackaging fee: €0.30 per return (not per unit).

  • Capping: The total amount of the deduction never exceeds the price paid for the package of the relevant order item.

Example: 3 out of 15 opened → Deduction 3 × €2.70 + €0.30 = €8.40 .
If the outer seal is removed/damaged , section 7 (hygiene exemption) applies.

9) Defect / Transport damage (warranty)

In case of defects or transport damage, the statutory warranty applies (no right of withdrawal). In these cases, we will cover the replacement/refund as well as necessary return shipping costs in accordance with the law. Please document any transport damage immediately (photo/video, packaging).
