One capsule = fish oil. Contains approximately 910 mg of the valuable ingredients (omega-3): approximately 520 mg EPA (for the heart) and approximately 390 mg DHA (for the brain and eyes). This is enough for a daily dose.
EFSA-approved health claims (assuming sufficient daily intake):
- Heart: EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function – ≥250 mg EPA+DHA/day is required.
- Brain: DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function – ≥250 mg DHA/day is required.
- Vision: DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision – ≥250 mg DHA/day is required.
One softgel capsule (EPA ~520 mg + DHA ~390 mg) meets the EFSA requirements for heart function . For brain and vision, the EFSA requires ≥250 mg DHA/day ; our capsule provides ~390 mg DHA , thus also meeting the requirement.
Take 1 softgel daily with water during a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
