1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the business relationship between the webshop of company

hereinafter referred to as the webshop – and its customers. Any verbal ancillary agreements and deviating purchasing conditions of the customer are only valid if they have been confirmed by us in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

The products displayed in the webshop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding catalogue. By clicking the "Buy" button in the final step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details, the privacy policy, and the cancellation form. This confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order. The purchase contract is concluded with a separate order confirmation or delivery of the goods.

Should a product be unavailable due to force majeure or production cessation, or should the webshop be unable to procure the ordered goods under reasonable conditions, and should these circumstances only arise after the contract has been concluded, the webshop shall be released from its obligation to deliver. However, this only applies if the webshop is not responsible for the circumstances leading to the non-delivery. In this case, any amounts already paid will be refunded to the customer immediately.

3. How do I order

By clicking the "Buy" button in the webshop, the desired products are placed in your shopping cart. You can view the products in your shopping cart, along with the applicable shipping costs and sales tax, by clicking on the shopping cart link (the small shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the webshop page), and you can also change the quantity of ordered products there. 

By clicking the “Checkout” button, the customer is taken to the input page where he can enter the customer data that is important for the ordering process. 

After entering the required customer data, the customer can access the shipping settings by clicking the "Continue to Shipping" button. The customer can then select from various shipping options and access the payment options by clicking the "Continue to Payment" button. The customer can then select from various payment options and change the billing address. By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer then places a binding order for the products in the shopping cart using the selected shipping and payment options. The web shop will confirm receipt of the order via email.

Payment of the purchase price, shipping costs and statutory sales tax is due immediately.

4. Defects and warranty

The information - especially regarding prices and images of the products in the web shop - does not constitute a guarantee of properties.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, your warranty claims are governed by the statutory provisions of the German Sales Law (§§ 433 ff. BGB).

If the customer demands compensation, we are only liable for damages to the ordered products. Any further claims for damages are excluded unless they concern This applies to customer claims for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations, as well as for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty by the web shop and/or its vicarious agents. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

5 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

6 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. For customers who have their permanent residence outside the European Union, the exclusive place of jurisdiction and performance is our registered office in Berlin. This also applies to merchants and public corporations. For contracts with customers from outside the EU, the law of the end consumer's place of residence also applies, provided that mandatory legal provisions apply.
