We recommend daily intake for at least three months, up to six months if needed. One pack contains 15 ampoules and lasts 15 days. Three months without interruption equals six packs. With the subscription, delivery is automatic and cancellation is possible at any time.
Ingredients: Water, enzymatically hydrolysed collagen (Fortigel®), apple juice concentrate, magnesium citrate, acidity regulator: lactic acid; L-ascorbic acid, Harpagophytum procumbens (Burch.) DC. ex Meisn., 1840 (devil's claw; dry extract from the secondary root with at least 5 % harpagosides), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), forest-fruit flavouring, preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, sodium hyaluronate, sweetener: sucralose, cholecalciferol.

No, neither. Collagen is an animal protein; ours comes from cattle. The vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is also of animal origin.
